Connor Gibson is on trial charged with the sexual assault and murder of Amber Gibson in Hamilton in November 2021.
A man was allegedly "evasive" to police about the last place he saw the teenage sister he is accused of murdering.He is claimed to have told an officer that he got into a disagreement with Amber and left her crying.
Gibson is on trial charged with the sexual assault and murder of Amber at Cadzow Glen in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, on Friday November 26 2021. Prosecutor Richard Goddard KC asked the officer what Gibson told him about the previous night on the call. Top news stories today Mr Goddard asked the witness if he questioned Gibson on the location of the last sighting.
Mr Goddard asked if Gibson told him the type of environment they were in the last time he saw her. He replied: "No."
