Brooke Vincent details ‘scary’ birth experience as labour began before planned C-section
Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent has revealed her panic after she went into labour nine hours before her scheduled C-section.
After complications from her first son's birth, Brooke, whose partner is Sheffield United footballer Kean Bryan, was booked in for an elective caesarean, but that went out the window when she went into labour nine hours before she was due to have the operation. "I was booked in for 11am on May 4 and I’d planned to take Mexx to nursery, but I went into labour at 2am. I didn’t really know if I was in labour or not. Because I wasn’t meant to go in until the morning!"
"I only had gas and air at this point but I was saying, 'Is there anything else you can give me? Can’t you just give me the injection now?'.
