There are no concrete release dates yet for the RTX 4080, although we previously expected two models of the card. It’s likely the 12GB model could well be a 4070, although this is pure speculation. The idea of two 80-variants is not unusual. The prior generation RTX 3080 arrived first in 10GB form, before an upgraded 12GB version hit the shelves a few months later. release date were for early Q3 even potentially in July, however, it’s now looking likely that a Q4 release is probably the best bet.
