BREAKING: Multiple police cordons in place in Gorton with officers on scene - latest updates
A stretch of Trust Road, near the junction with Mount Road, is currently taped off. Police have also reportedly cordoned off some streets around a mile away.
Parts of Stelling Street, Chapman Street and Wistaria Road are reportedly taped off this morning. According to eyewitnesses, officers have been on the scene since the early hours.The nature of the incident has not yet been confirmed.
