A boss has put out a very public message to his employee on his last day of work that dozens of people have noticed.

Speaking to the ECHO, Dean said: "He's a nice fella, he's probably one of the nicest fellas I've probably ever met. He worked for my dad and I used to, so we were colleagues for years. Then he joined my company about 10 years ago.
