Miovski is apparently attracting interest from Southampton but Robson believes he'll still be an Aberdeen player after the window closes.

Barry Robson admits Aberdeen are suffering from a bout of homesickness after their poor show at St Mirren.

He said: “First and foremost credit to St Mirren. I thought they were excellent. We looked a yard off it all over the pitch. But, when you can’t win it then you don’t lose it. I thought we hung in there and fought right until the end. The cohesion just wasn't there from the first minute. It was hard to go from the high of Hacken to playing the form team in Scotland. They had won their first six games this season and we have been on the road for a long time.

“We probably got a few VAR decisions as well. We are trying to deal with the league, Europe and getting players up to speed at the same time. We were not good enough but, my God, how we fought. Robson paid tribute to a superb St Mirren display and admitted his players had to dig deep to take a point against by overcoming a psychological barrier. He said: "You could see a team in St Mirren who were fresh and prepared and we were trying to fight to stay in it.
