Big name for a big show
Reality star and influencer Charlotte Dawson is putting her own spins on a traditional pantomime role. Instead of encompassing the Wicked Stepmother character for her sting in Cinderella, Blackpool-born Charlotte will play the Glamorous Stepmother instead.
Charlotte will take to the stage with the rest of the cast for performances of the family show at Blackpool Pleasure Beach's The Globe Theatre this winter. The Christmas production will run from Saturday, November 26 to Christmas Eve. The star, who recently unveiled a memorial statue to her late father, comedian Les Dawson, in St Annes, is looking forward to playing a character who is "too glam to give a damn." The presenter, who has 1.3 million followers on Instagram, plans to bring her own style to the story.Charlotte, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday, was in a scooter accident while on holiday with her fiance Matt Sarsfield in August, suffering facial injuries.
Shows will take place twice daily , with a matinee and evening performance. Tickets start at £12 per person and you can book online, here.
