'Our head housekeeper personally changed it herself'
Owners of a hotel in Blackpool have hit back after a guest complained they had allegedly found blood stains on the bedding.
One guest dubbed the spot as a "sea front gem" and wrote: "We were looking for another venue for the annual family December trip to Blackpool and we have found a gem with the Craig-y-Don. "Am a fussy eater and Keith went above and beyond. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much for every thing."
However, not everyone left the hotel has happy as they came in and one guest in particular had some demands the hotel admitted to not being able to meet. Posting on the review site in December 2022 one person- a regular guest of the sea front hotel -revealed she made three attempts to get her bedsheets changed after she noticed blood on them.
"Certainly should not put onto bed if it' had .reading back other peoples negative feed back hotel does not care about peoples feelings or experiences. As a regular was disappointed and will be the last .some staff mainly young ones are lovely and helpful."
