A Belfast restaurant has been added to the Michelin Guide for February 2023 less than a year since its opening

Of the 37 new additions to the guide this month, only one Northern Irish spots earned a place on the coveted recommendations list.Waterman Restaurant in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter is the newest restaurant in the country to be added to the guide, having been described as "big, bold and buzzy".
