Just top class 👏
A Belfast pizza shop has been hailed for its response after their customer missed a delivery due to family reasons.
One of the drivers for Pizza Guyz, on the Andersonstown Road, was delivering an order on Friday night, but on arrival, the customers were not at home. After phoning the customer, the driver learned that they had to leave home to take their son to hospital. The customer said: "I placed an order last night but then had to leave before it arrived to take my son to hospital."The delivery driver phoned when he arrived and I explained what had happened.
"A girl then phoned from the shop and said for us to let them know when we were home, and they would get a fresh order sent out. "They did - and it was piping hot and delivered very quickly. Superb service. The best pizzas in the West."One said: "Top class service. A genuinely caring company, doesn’t come as a surprise to me that you did this."For all the latest news, visit the Belfast Live homepage here. To sign up to our FREE newsletters, see here.
