RIP to these lovely people
Tributes have been left this week to remember loved ones in Rossendale who have recently passed away.
A life long Rossendalian she was born and brought up in Lumb before marrying her late husband Granville. Her last job was at Turners Stationers in Rawtenstall where she enjoyed meeting and helping the Valley people. Myra leaves a son Geoffrey, daughter-in-law Alison, grandchildren David, Emma and Blake. Her nephews Duncan and Ian, cousin Garry and his wife Kath. Extended family of Andrea, Rachael, James and Theo.
He leaves behind his wife Florence, son Ben, daughter Zoe, daughter-in-law Jenny, and his grandchildren Jade, Gracie, Maggie and Theo.The funeral will take place at Accrington Crematorium on Friday, July 28 at 1.40pm. John worked for Lambert Howarth, Rossendale as an Office manager until his retirement in 1992. He was a keen sportsman, playing cricket, table-tennis and crown green bowling.
