Zara Taylor planned her funeral before she died
Zara Taylor was described as a “beautiful” and “funny” person by her heartbroken husband Jordan Taylor, 31, following her death in October this year. The couple had been married for just over a year and were planning to start a family when she suddenly started suffering several seizures out of the blue in January 2021.
Jordan, from Blackpool, said: “Zara was beautiful – a really lovely, caring person who never liked a fuss. She was funny with a dark sense of humour, which she kept right to the end, and she never gave herself credit for her achievements. He said: “Our dreams included doing lots of travelling and having children. Zara had a minor gynaecological procedure in December 2020 to help her fertility.
Zara’s fundraising initiatives included a "10,000 Steps a Day" challenge in February and a 26-mile Jog in May - even though she was only able to walk the distance. She planned her funeral before she died on October 21 this year, which she wanted to be a party or celebration of her life - not a time for mourning.
