Bearsden teacher accused of terror group rant and calling pupil race hate name

His fitness to teach will be scrutinised.

A Bearsden teacher is accused of making a racially offensive comment to a child at the school where he worked.

The General Teaching Council for Scotland will hear a raft of allegations agains the man when it meets to consider his fitness to teach later this month. He is also accused of sharing posts on his public page about a letter he had published in newspaper, saying: "It is hideous that volunteers can die in clinical trials of medication. In jail we have people who have raped and tortured children. How about testing drugs on them.
