A beach indoors! Probably a good thing...
It doesn't matter if it rains for beach-goers this summer - if they're heading to Nottingham's Victoria Centre that is. The shopping centre is bringing the pool party closer to Nottingham as it launches Victoria Springs, an interactive beach club experience.
It will be open every day from 11am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays until Sunday September 3. While no actual swimwear is allowed, dressing head to toe pink - this year's colour thanks to the Barbie film - or Hawaiian shirts is encouraged.Although admission is free, donations are welcome to the centre’s chosen charity, Hope Nottingham. Previous events have raised more than £23,000 for the charity which supports food banks in Nottingham.
