The Strictly Come Dancing judge lost an incredible 9lbs in seven days last month whilst on a juice retreat in Portugal and has been keeping up her fit and healthy lifestyle on the BBC show ever since.
Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas has claimed she's eaten the same meal backstage of the iconic BBC show for the last six years in a bid to keep slim as she spoke out on her strict eating habits and how she stays in shape.
"But it definitely is calorie food because obviously the dancers are dancing all day and of course they're young with fabulous bodies." She added: "No. I get my chicken from Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's. It's been cooked. She said: "Macaroni and cheese, fresh mashed potatoes, anything with a gravy on it, rice with lots of fried chicken, anything - as long as it's not spiced. The only thing I don't do is eat spiced."
