BBC The Traitors is coming back for a second series with people in the UK eagerly waiting for the announcement date for when they can gather in front of the TV once again.

Located in a castle in the Scottish Highlands, last year saw Faithfuls Hannah, Aaron and Edinburgh local Meryl winning the competition, despite Traitor Wilf's scheming. The series has become so popular there are several versions including a series in American, New Zealand and Australia. Stephen denied rumours that the BBC were working on a celebrity edition of The Traitors, an element seen on the US version, and explained the second series would feature 'twists' that viewers wouldn't expect.
