“Huge thanks to the dedicated & talented midwives & doctors at Belfast’s Royal Victoria Hospital, for looking after us so well. Smitten & so in love.” “Huge congratulations to you Emma best wishes for the future,” penned a third in the post’s comments section. While a fourth replied: “Congratulations!!! And thanks for sharing your journey with us.”
