Allma Construction and Centre Plant, which was founded in Barrhead in 1991, has been placed into administration. Only seven employees have been kept on to assist administrators.
Barrhead based Allma Construction and Centre Plant has been placed into administration resulting in 181 workers being made redundant.Centre Plant hired plant and machinery, as well as providing haulage services, mainly to sister company Allma Construction.
The businesses have ceased trading and the joint administrators will now market the assets for sale, with interested parties being asked to contact the Glasgow office of FRP Advisory as soon as possible.
