Babbacombe Cliff Railway reopened recently after a 10-month closure but has run into difficulties.
A cliff railway that was closed for 10 months after the death of an engineer has been forced to temporarily shut again due to technical difficulties.
A spokesperson said that, due to modern parts being fitted to an old system, brakes were activating when not needed. "We are tirelessly working to make this possible but will be closed for the weekend and the first few days of next week."
