Autumn Budget LIVE updates as Jeremy Hunt set to announce tax hikes and energy bill help amid soaring inflation

Tough spending cuts are likely to be outlined too, with Mr Hunt reportedly eyeing up plans to cut funding for the government’s homes for Ukrainian refugees scheme.
