A supermodel for our times, Helena puts her wellbeing first, and has a longtime love of the natural world. As well as cold water swimming , and trying to keep stress to a minimum, she likes to “move, trek, climb, breathe in fresh air and feel the wind and sun”, to help her feel strong and healthy. The elements are where it’s at for Christensen.
As for her much-emulated hair, she calls it a “crazy mane” which grows thick and fast, so she regularly cuts it off. And the bright lipstick she wears so often? “I love that you can have a completely natural, naked face and then have vibrant, red lips,” she says, “There’s something so crazy and amazing about that.”
