The US rapper had a responsibility to fans at his Astroworld event in which eight people were killed.
Rapper Travis Scott said he was devastated by what happened at the Astroworld festival
Among those injured is a nine-year-old boy said to be fighting for his life after he was trampled at the event. Scott continued to perform for almost 40 minutes longer, eventually ending the set about 15 to 20 minutes ahead of the advertised time., he can be seen interrupting his performance to ask for help for a fan who had passed out. But in another video, he asks: "Who asked you to stop? Y'all know what y'all came to do - chase me, let's go."
"The artist, if he notices something that's going on, he can certainly pause that performance, turn on the lights and say: 'Hey, we're not going to continue until this thing is resolved'," he added.
