ASOS Premier customers are furious that they have stopped receiving next day deliveries on time despite paying for a premium service
‘I have placed 10 orders on the Premier service and have never ever received an order on the next day,’ said Mark Aungier, from DublinASOS
But a string of customers, who are signed up for the Premier package, have complained that they are no longer receiving their deliveries the day after ordering, with some claiming parcels are taking up to five days to arrive., ASOS pointed out that its terms and conditions state that the Next Day Delivery option may not always be available during “busy periods”, such as during a sale or Black Friday.
“It infuriates me when deliveries arrive late,” he said. “It wouldn’t even bother me if they said two-day delivery – at least you’d know.”
