The supermarket has launched a 'back to school bonus'
Every parent knows the cost of school uniform soon mounts up, but Asda is making things a little bit easier. The supermarket has made a big change to its loyalty scheme to help parents cope with the back to school bills.
Customers will be offered 10% back on school uniforms in-store alongside a £2 Cashpot bonus when they spend £10 on other back-to-school essentials, including stationary, lunch boxes, and drink bottles, reports the Mirror.If you're not an Asda Rewards member then you can get even more money by shopping for school uniforms with Asda, as new Asda Rewards customers who download and scan the app for the first time will get £5 in their Cashpot.
Scott MacRae, senior buying manager for Schoolwear at George, said: “With only a week until schools return, we know that our customers will be focused on making sure their children are kitted out for the new school year.
