A region of Russian Siberia is giving away 1,000 circus tickets to locals who agree to get vaccinated against Covid-19. Tatyana Kazantseva, head doctor at Omsk city clinic Number 10, suggested the move may be popular among Russians who have been reluctant to book a vaccination in a medical setting, adding the new site is well stocked with Russia's Sputnik V and CoviVac vaccines.
