Armed cops swoop on quiet Scots street after ‘men spotted with weapons in vehicle’
Two men have been arrested after allegedly being caught with weapons inside their motor on a quiet Fife street.A video from the scene shows a number of marked police vehicles lining the road with their lights activated.
Police Scotland have confirmed that three weapons were recovered during the incident with two people charged in connection.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police were made aware of men in possession of weapons in a vehicle on Links Street, Kirkcaldy, around 6.15pm on Sunday, 13 November, 2022.Top news stories today “Two men, aged 28 and 32, were arrested and charged in connection. They have been released on summons and will appear in court at a later date.
