People in Blackpool, Burnley and Lancaster among areas where in residents are most likely to have cannabis
Figures show Blackpool, Burnley and Lancaster are the most likely places for possession of cannabis as the numbers skyrocketed through the lockdowns. But now, across Lancashire numbers have fallen to pre-pandemic levels.

But data from the Crime Survey for England and Wales shows that the pandemic did not disrupt the drug trade.
Separate court figures show that during the calendar year 2021, 128 people were convicted of possession of cannabis in Lancashire - up from 129 the previous year - including four people who received immediate custodial sentences. Tory PCCs made the case for reclassifying cannabis at the party conference in Birmingham.
