A final appeal over whether or not to switch off Archie Battersbee’s life support is being considered by the Supreme Court.
It is thought he had been participating in an online challenge that led him to lose consciousness, his mother Hollie Dance said.A spokesperson has confirmed that a panel of three justices will now consider the application for permission to appeal.
