Police asked anyone with information to call 999 immediately
Hertfordshire Constabulary has said officers are concerned for Peter’s welfare after he was reported missing.
The boy was last seen in Watford town centre at around 4pm yesterday . He was wearing a black hoodie with white writing on it, black trousers, and black trainers with a white sole.The force also released an image of Peter, which they shared via social media. He is described as black, five-foot-10ins tall, and of slim build, with short black hair.
