Since leaving the villa, the 28-year-old fitness guru has moved to Dubai and opened up a gym and online fitness business. He also found love with his new fitness model girlfriend Dominika Blonska. He wrote: "Well deserved break after prep. Want to say a massive thank you to this one for the last 13 weeks on prep, she’s literally done everything for me, cooked all my meals, prepared all my supps and in general kept me on track.
"It was so nice to not meal prep, count calories & train this weekend, don’t get me wrong did we go full scale f**k it mode no we were sensible during the day then ate what we wanted at night guilt free, then we are fully back on plan tomorrow, relaxed, refreshed & ready to go!"The couple went public with their relationship in early September as they celebrated Anton's 28th birthday.
