Ant and Dec's 'sudden illness' forces them to pull out of all immediate work including BGT and NTAs
Ant and Dec have been forced to pull out of all work commitments after both presenters fell sick with a 'sudden' illness.
They were supposed to front the special episode called The Ultimate Magician, which will see the world’s most memorable and greatest magicians from past series to compete and become the ultimate champion and win £50,000.However their Saturday Night Takeaway co-star Stephen Mulhern will step in and present the talent show. A BGT spokesperson told the online news outlet: "Ant and Dec are both unwell and have postponed all work commitments until they recover.
The BGT special was filmed in front of a live studio audience on Tuesday and will see 10 acts compete for the prize. Even if Ant and Dec miss out on this years NTA, there is a high chance they could still walk away with some awards.
