The Tigers’ rosters both last year and ahead of the 2023-24 season, in which they’ll be favored to repeat as national champions, represent the new era of college basketball, in which coaches will need to recruit not just high schoolers, but also out of the transfer portal. There just aren’t going to be many competitive rosters out there in the future that don’t have at least one transfer portal player. And LSU is a good example.
