Overall, the IPA gave an amber rating to 183 of the projects it analysed, with a red rating being assigned to 23 and a green one being given to 25.

The leader of Nottinghamshire County Council and Mansfield's MP, Councillor Ben Bradley, added: "Multi-billion pound, long-term projects obviously bring significant challenges too. That's a given. But I'm really happy with the progress and the partnership so far."
