Several 'no swim' warnings remain in place along Lancashire's coast this weekend following a sewage leak earlier this week.
The warning has been in place since Tuesday , following a sewage leak in Fleetwood as a result of heavy rain. The warning was implemented following assessments by the Environment Agency, and has been in place since Tuesday . Lee and Claire Barnes from Kent are enjoying a short break on the Fylde coast and arrived to a "funny smell" where they are staying in Fleetwood. "We saw about the sewage leak on the news last night ," Claire told LancsLive. "I probably would have gone in the water but definitely not after knowing that.
