Many fans were quick to comment on the happy news with some surprised after being convinced Molly and Tommy were expecting a boy. Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice the contents of her trolley which included a pink rattle. The toy prompted many to presume that Molly and Tommy's baby is a girl.
