All hospitals in Gaza are expected to run out of fuel within 24 hours - as the World Health Organisation says 155 health facilities have been attacked in the Palestinian territory.

The UN's Palestinian refugee agency has said it expects fuel reserves to last no longer than a day as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza escalates. Hospitals in the territory are already relying on backup generators, and an end to electricity would threaten the lives of thousands of patients. It came after the World Health Organisation says there have been 115 attacks on health facilities in Gaza since Hamas's surprise attack on Israel on Saturday 7 October.

The decision comes after nine hours of negotiations between Mr Biden, Mr Netanyahu and other officials. Mr Biden will also reiterate the 'crystal clear message' to any state or non-state trying to 'take advantage' of the current situation and attack Israel: 'Don't.
