The One Show has had a shake-up as Jermaine Jones was joined by a familiar face on Monday night.
Alex Jones has revealed 'it's time for another adventure' as she takes a break from BBC's The One Show during the English half-term holidays.
Meanwhile, Alex shared on her Instagram stories that it was "time for another adventure" as she appeared to be boarding the LeShuttle to France. In June, the star opened up about balancing her work life with being a mother to her three children under the age of six as well as talking about her love of nature and her family's lifestyle on Gabby Logan's podcast 'Midpoint'.
