Haircare can be expensive, especially when it comes to luxurious brands like Olaplex, coming in at £28 for a tiny bottle. Olaplex is said to repair the broken bonds in hair by 'knitting them back together' after being damaged from colouring, and is a particularly popular product for blondes.
The price of Olaplex soon racks up, making it difficult to keep our hair in good condition without forking out a hefty fee. A bundle of the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner can set shoppers back £56, and if you get through a couple of bottles every few months, the costs can become difficult to manage. There are four products set to be in the range including the Lacura Bonded shampoo and conditioner, Lacura Bonded pre-wash hair treatment and the Lacura perfect proof extreme clean dry shampoo. Aldi's bonded treatments are cruelty-free with 'premium ingredients' including vitamin E, hyaluronic acid and hydrogenated castor oil.
A bundle of the shampoo and conditioner will cost £3.49 as opposed to a whopping £56 when purchasing Olaplex. The bonded pre-wash hair treatment will cost the same, with the dry shampoo costing £2.99. The Bonded pre-wash treatment is available to purchase online here.
