THE wife, son and daughter of an Al Jazeera journalist have been killed by an Israeli air strike, according to the network.
The journalist had moved his family to the camp from their home in northern Gaza following warnings from the Israel Defence Forces that a ground assault against Hamas militants was likely.Al Jazeera broadcast live footage of the journalist crying as he saw his family lying dead in the morgue of a hospital.
“I was just reporting from Yarmouk about such an attack, and the Israeli raids have targeted many areas, including Nuseirat. Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
