Millions of households began receiving the payment from October 31
The Department for Work and Pensions has explained why some people who are due to receive the latest cost of living payment are still waiting for the cash to land in their bank accounts.
The latest payment, worth £300, was due to be paid from October 31 although many of those who are eligible are yet to receive it. The DWP has explained that the cut off for getting the booster fund is actually November 19. The DWP will be slowly drip feeding it out over the next couple of weeks, so it may not drop into your bank account until later this month.
