The Tasman Series has been turned on its head by a dramatic second race in Adelaide.
Herne went into the second race of the Adelaide weekend unbeaten from the four Tasman Series starts so far.
He managed to circulate slowly to be classified 11th but, with Mawson streaking to victory, Herne's comfortable series lead has been reduced to a single point. There was confusion before the start of Race 2 with some in the field mistaking the formation lap for a first racing lap.Elly Morrow, who was right behind the pair, spun to avoid Rosser but managed to keep going.
