It means this year's crop of celebrities have an extra week to get ballroom-ready as the launch show has already been pre-recorded. And following his latest training session, mixed in with work on Waterloo Road, the Manchester-born star shared a message on social media.Taking to his Instagram Story with a video, Adam said to the camera: "I feel like I'm just not getting a break at the minute. it's just non-stop.
He then laughed some more before adding: "I know it's all going to be worth it. I hope it is." On Thursday , Adam then returned to social media as he shared a sweet snap of himself being snuggled up to by his two children, Teddy and Elsie, and the family's dog. "Feeling grateful for every opportunity and every lesson thrown my way, just need to enjoy the process a lil more now! My heads well and truly been falling off but it’s back on tight now let’s gooo!" He then added as he rounded off his post: "Keeeeeep smiling!!!!"
