BBC star Adam Thomas has penned an emotional message to his followers just weeks after a life-changing health diagnosis. The actor, who is set to star on this year's installment of Strictly Come Dancing, isn't one to shy away from sharing bits of his personal life with fans.
Posing with his kids, the 35-year-old looked upbeat, with the family full of grins. Penning an emotional message to his followers, he said: "What day it’s been!!!! So many emotions right now, its all starting to get real!! Nothing better after a long day, coming home to these two-waiting at the door for me!!"Think they are going to enjoy this adventure more than me! Haha I can do this !! Stay positive adam haha.
