Victoria Springs From August 14 to September 3, there’s a pink takeover in the Victoria Centre. Victoria Springs, a Malibu-style pool party has opened - and children and parents love it.
Despite it free to enter, people are advised to book beforehand through the Victoria Centre’s website. Optional donations made go to Hope Nottingham, a charity operating local foodbanks.The first families to attend the pool party on Monday shared their excitement. Mum Jemma Atkin, 33, took her children Evie, four, and Ronnie, aged one. Jemma, who writes blogs on fun things to do for families in the city, said: “Anything free is an absolute bonus.
Evie loved the event and her favourite colour is pink. Jemma added: “I thought ‘we can definitely do pink’ at the moment, summer isn’t summering so to have somewhere here that’s dry, free and fun for all ages, it’s great.” Influencer Victoria Morrell bought her sons along to the pool party. She said: “I have two sets of twins and work for a twin charity. Events like this are amazing."
