A Place in the Sun star Jonnie Irwin has been given just six months to love after a shock cancer diagnosis.

Jonnie, 48, has shared his heartbreaking news with HELLO! magazine, and told them that he was filming in Italy for the Channel 4 programme in August 2020, when he noticed some warning signs. "I hope that by shaking that monkey off and talking to HELLO! I might inspire people who are living with life-limiting prospects to make the most of every day; to help them see that you can live a positive life, even though you are dying.
