The 28-year-old appeared in St Albans Magistrates' Court for sentencing on Monday, September 26, where he was handed a £810 fine and a community order for one year including 120 hours of unpaid work.After an initial appearance at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 7, the case was sent for trial, before being adjourned to allow an interpreter to be found.

He was then found guilty at the same court on August 2 and the case was adjourned again for a pre-sentence report to consider a community order.
