A plan submitted on April 18 proposes to construct a two-storey building containing five flats on land near Lingmoor Drive and Loweswater Close, in Garston, Watford.
The land was previously used to store travelling showmen’s equipment and caravans, dating back to 1975. If approved, there would be three one-bedroom flats and two two-bedrooms. Parking spaces are also included in the plan.Under this plan, submitted on March 13, the vacant Jimmy’s World Kitchen on the first floor above Nando’s in Watford High Street would be converted to eight apartments of 50 square metres or larger.This plan, submitted to Hertsmere Borough Council on March 20, is awaiting decision after new homes were proposed near The Cat & Fiddle, in Radlett.
Under this plan, added to the Three Rivers District Council planning portal on February 27, the modern vicarage would be replaced with a part two-storey and part three-storey building, divided into nine two-bedroom flats, with parking.
